Cada panel Skyfloor llega de fábrica listo para instalar: el vidrio laminado de seguridad ya está montado en su marco perimetral de acero inoxidable, sellado y con junta cerámica. En obra solo hay que colocar, alinear y sellar al cerramiento. Every Skyfloor panel arrives factory-ready: the laminated safety glass is already glazed into its perimeter stainless-steel frame, sealed with a ceramic band. On site we just position, align and seal to the surrounding structure.
El acristalamiento estándar es doble (Uw 1,1 W/m²K). El premium es triple, con doble cámara de argón, que baja el Uw a 0,6 W/m²K — equivalente al mejor acristalamiento residencial de mercado. Standard glazing is double-pane (Uw 1.1 W/m²K). Premium is triple-pane with double argon cavity, reducing Uw to 0.6 W/m²K — on par with the best residential glazing on the market.

No, si eliges la opción antideslizante adecuada. Hay tres niveles certificados según DIN 51130: bandas R10 (semi-transparentes, 50% superficie), puntos R10 (transparente con mejor entrada de luz), o superficie completa R12 / R13 (translúcida, oscurece la visión a través). El vidrio es laminado de seguridad multicapa: aunque se rompa una hoja, las otras siguen estructurales y la lámina intermedia retiene los fragmentos. Es antirrobo certificado, no se desploma y el panel sigue cubriendo el hueco hasta su reposición. Apto sobre habitación habitable según normativa europea.The glass is multi-layer laminated safety: even if one pane breaks, the others remain structural and the interlayer holds fragments. El sellado perimetral es hermético; el panel sale de fábrica acristalado y estanco. Para clima húmedo y bajada de temperatura, la versión BF lleva núcleo aislante (λ 0,043 W/m·K) que reduce el riesgo de condensación interior. Si la habitación de abajo es muy húmeda, ofrecemos la hoja interior calefactable.Perimeter sealing is hermetic; the panel ships factory-glazed and watertight. In humid climates with temperature drops, the BF version has an insulating core (λ 0.043 W/m·K) that lowers the condensation risk. For very humid rooms below, we offer a heatable interior pane.

We process the permit with the relevant authority.

El BF pesa ~130 kg/m², el BB ~110 kg/m², el BH y BL ~80 kg/m². En la mayoría de casos no hay que reforzar nada, ya que se sustituye una losa de hormigón que pesa más.
