El techo tensado es una lámina técnica tensada por debajo del techo existente: un plano liso, continuo y perfecto, montado en seco y sin escombros. Y puede ser mucho más que blanco — espejo, cielo retroiluminado, una fotografía a medida o un techo que absorbe el ruido. Teknika House lo ofrece como sistema propio: TKH Ceiling Systems. A stretch ceiling is a technical membrane tensioned below the existing ceiling: a smooth, continuous, flawless plane, dry-installed with no rubble. And it can be far more than white — a mirror, a backlit sky, a custom photograph or a ceiling that absorbs sound. Teknika House offers it as a proprietary system: TKH Ceiling Systems.

Una lámina técnica (PVC o tejido) se tensa perimetralmente sobre un perfil de aluminio anclado a la pared, creando un nuevo plano de techo por debajo del existente. Se monta en seco, sin tirar nada. Y entre el techo viejo y la lámina queda un hueco que lo esconde todo. A technical membrane (PVC or fabric) is tensioned around the perimeter onto an aluminium profile fixed to the wall, creating a new ceiling plane below the existing one. It installs dry, demolishing nothing. And the gap between the old ceiling and the membrane hides everything.

El falso techo de pladur o escayola es una solución válida y consolidada, perfecta en muchos casos. El techo tensado no lo sustituye siempre: aporta rapidez, limpieza y acabados difíciles de lograr en obra. Se trata de elegir la herramienta adecuada para cada proyecto. A plasterboard or plaster false ceiling is a valid, well-established solution, perfect in many cases. The stretch ceiling doesn't always replace it: it brings speed, cleanliness and finishes hard to achieve on site. It's about choosing the right tool for each project.

Sí. El sistema es reversible: la lámina se puede destensar para acceder al hueco técnico (instalaciones, fugas, mantenimiento) y volver a tensar. Es una de sus grandes ventajas frente a un techo cerrado de obra.Yes. The system is reversible: the membrane can be un-tensioned to reach the technical gap (services, leaks, maintenance) and re-tensioned. It's one of its big advantages over a closed plastered ceiling.

Sí. La lámina de PVC resiste bien la humedad y no se mancha como el yeso, por lo que es una buena opción para baños, cocinas, spas y zonas con vapor. The PVC membrane handles moisture well and doesn't stain like plaster, making it a good option for bathrooms, kitchens, spas and steamy areas. It can even hold back a sudden leak from above while it's traced.
