Two aluminium skins over a mineral or polyethylene core, coil-coated. We design and install it integrated with the ventilated sub-structure and climatechPRO insulation.

STACBOND ACM/ACP es un panel composite: dos láminas finas de aluminio lacadas en continuo unidas a un núcleo de polietileno (PE) o mineral ignífugo (A2-FR). Combina la ligereza del aluminio con la planimetría y la estabilidad dimensional de un panel sándwich. STACBOND ACM/ACP is a composite panel: two thin coil-coated aluminium skins bonded to a polyethylene (PE) or mineral fire-rated (A2-FR) core. It combines aluminium's lightness with the flatness and dimensional stability of a sandwich panel.

El núcleo decide el comportamiento al fuego, la rigidez y la planimetría. Las láminas de aluminio (0,5 mm habituales) protegen, definen el acabado y permiten lacados de larga durabilidad. El panel completo entrega gran planimetría y absorbe pequeños movimientos sin pandear. The core defines fire performance, rigidity and flatness. The aluminium skins (typically 0.5 mm) protect, define the finish and allow long-life coil coating. The full panel delivers strong planarity and absorbs small movements without buckling.
En obra los plegamos en bandejas de junta oculta (cassette) o los presentamos en formato remachado/agrafado, según proyecto y exigencia estética. On site we fold them into concealed-joint trays (cassette) or present them riveted/clipped, depending on project and aesthetic demand.

El aluminio se laca en bobina con sistema PVDF de larga durabilidad antes de fabricar el panel. La paleta cubre desde el liso mate al espejo, pasando por metalizados, maderas e imitaciones minerales. Pantone bajo demanda. Aluminium is coil-coated with long-life PVDF before panel manufacture. The palette spans matte plain to mirror, through metallics, woods and mineral imitations.
