El agua del terreno asciende por las microporosidades del muro contra la gravedad. Puede superar los 4 metros de altura. Mientras no se actúe en el origen, ninguna pintura, mortero ni revestimiento lo va a parar. Groundwater rises through the wall's micro-porosity, against gravity. It can climb past 4 metres. Until you act on the root cause, no paint, mortar or coating will stop it.
¿Qué es la humedad por capilaridad? What is rising damp?
Entre la base de un muro y su parte superior se genera de forma natural una diferencia de potencial eléctrico. Ese desequilibrio convierte el muro en un imán para el agua del subsuelo, que asciende por los capilares del material a pesar de la gravedad. A natural electric-potential difference forms between the base of a wall and its top. That imbalance turns the wall into a magnet for groundwater, which climbs through the material's capillaries against gravity.
El agua arrastra sales disueltas del terreno. Cuando alcanza la superficie y se evapora, esas sales cristalizan y empiezan a destruir el revestimiento, el ladrillo o la piedra desde dentro. The water carries dissolved salts from the ground. When it reaches the surface and evaporates, those salts crystallise and start destroying the render, brick or stone from the inside.
No es un problema estético. Es un problema estructural, de salud y de eficiencia energética: un muro mojado pierde hasta un 30% de su capacidad aislante. This is not a cosmetic issue. It's a structural, health and energy-efficiency problem: a damp wall can lose up to 30% of its insulation capacity.

La mayoría de sistemas tratan el agua: la repelen, la inyectan, la canalizan. Biodry no toca la molécula de agua. Biodry doesn't touch the water molecule. It works on the wall's electrical frequency — the thing that turns the wall into a magnet in the first place.
Cuando esa interferencia se neutraliza, la capilaridad se desactiva. El agua deja de poder agarrarse a los capilares del material y la gravedad devuelve la humedad y las sales al terreno. El muro se seca solo, por evaporación natural. Once that interference is neutralised, capillarity shuts down. Water can no longer cling to the material's capillaries and gravity returns moisture and salts to the soil. The wall dries on its own, through natural evaporation.

No. El dispositivo es 100% pasivo: no necesita enchufe, batería ni mantenimiento. No emite ondas electromagnéticas activas, no genera electrosmog y es biocompatible. Entre 6 y 18 meses para la mayoría de viviendas. La curva depende del espesor del muro, la cantidad de agua acumulada, la ventilación y el material. En climas mediterráneos secos como Mallorca el rango habitual está entre 8 y 14 meses.Between 6 and 18 months for most homes. The curve depends on wall thickness, accumulated water, ventilation and material. In dry Mediterranean climates like Mallorca the usual range is 8 to 14 months.

04 ¿Qué pasa si me mudo o vendo la casa?What if I move or sell the house?
El dispositivo se queda con el muro: forma parte de la vivienda. No tiene mantenimiento ni obsolescencia programada, así que no genera coste al nuevo propietario. El acta de secado se entrega como parte de la documentación técnica de la casa.The device stays with the wall: it's part of the property. There's no maintenance or planned obsolescence, so it costs the new owner nothing. The drying certificate becomes part of the property's technical documentation.

Lo hemos instalado en iglesias, possessions catalogadas y locales en Casco Antiguo de Palma.Yes.
