Una base técnica continua que se monta sobre el soporte existente. En su versión más completa es un suelo técnico elevado de acero —ligero y resistente— que se instala en seco y deja un hueco registrable para pasar agua, electricidad y clima. Separa lo técnico (lo de debajo) de lo estético (el acabado visible). A continuous technical base mounted over the existing substrate. In its fullest version it's a raised steel technical floor —light and strong— that installs dry and leaves a serviceable gap for water, electricity and climate. It separates the technical (below) from the aesthetic (the visible finish).

Losetas, lamas o paneles de acabado que se acoplan por imantación sobre la base. Se colocan y se retiran con la mano, sin adhesivos ni obra, y se pueden intercambiar cuando quieras. El mismo principio funciona en suelo y en pared. Finish tiles, planks or panels that clip onto the base by magnetism. They go on and come off by hand, with no adhesives or works, and can be swapped whenever you like. The same principle works on floor and wall.

El acabado nunca queda pegado: se sostiene por imantación, así que siempre se puede levantar. The finish is never glued down: it's held by magnetism, so it can always be lifted.

01Se monta la base. La base magnética (o el suelo técnico elevado) se instala en seco sobre el soporte actual.Mount the base. The magnetic base (or raised technical floor) installs dry over the current substrate.

02Se enganchan las piezas. Las finituras se acoplan por imantación encima, perfectamente alineadas.Clip the pieces. The finishes attach by magnetism on top, perfectly aligned.

01¿Se nota que el suelo es "desmontable"?Can you tell the floor is "removable"?

No. Una vez colocado, el acabado se ve y se pisa como cualquier suelo de madera, gres o piedra. La diferencia está debajo: se sostiene por imantación, no pegado, así que se puede levantar cuando haga falta.No. Once laid, the finish looks and feels like any wood, stoneware or stone floor. The difference is underneath: it's held by magnetism, not glued, so it can be lifted whenever needed.

02¿Cuánto sube el nivel del suelo?How much does the floor level rise?

En la versión de solo acabado, el conjunto es del orden de unos pocos milímetros; con suelo técnico elevado sube más, según el hueco que se quiera para instalaciones. Son datos orientativos según especificaciones del fabricante; lo definimos en la visita.In the finish-only version, the assembly is on the order of a few millimetres; with a raised technical floor it rises more, depending on the gap wanted for services. These are indicative figures per manufacturer specifications; we define them at the visit.

03¿Aguanta el uso diario y los muebles?Does it handle daily use and furniture?

We recommend the right assembly for the traffic and use of the space.
