Photovoltaic tiles and elements that replace the traditional tile and build generation into the roof itself, with the look of ceramic or Arabic tile. Because we understand roofs, we make roofs that also produce energy: we don't sell a product, we design and integrate the whole roof.
CÓMO FUNCIONAHOW IT WORKS
Cada teja o módulo integra células fotovoltaicas bajo una superficie con aspecto de teja cerámica. Se montan sobre el rastrel como una cubierta convencional, se conectan entre sí y vierten la corriente a un inversor (y, si se desea, a una batería) para autoconsumo. Las tejas no activas, remates y limahoyas mantienen la misma estética: la cubierta produce sin que se note.Each tile or module embeds photovoltaic cells beneath a ceramic-tile-looking surface. They mount on the battens like a conventional roof, wire together and feed current to an inverter (and, if wanted, a battery) for self-consumption. Non-active tiles, trims and valleys keep the same look: the roof produces without showing it.

Un sistema radiante de calefacción y refrigeración por agua cuyas placas se acoplan magnéticamente bajo el suelo técnico elevado que instala Teknika. Confort por radiación — sin aire seco, sin ruido, sin radiadores a la vista — y coherente con el suelo magnético que ya ofrecemos en Reforma. Es una línea innovadora y estratégica para nosotros.

CÓMO FUNCIONAHOW IT WORKS
Placas metálicas ligeras con circuito de agua se acoplan magnéticamente bajo el suelo técnico elevado. En invierno circula agua templada a baja temperatura que calienta la superficie y emite calor por radiación; en verano circula agua fresca y esa misma superficie absorbe el calor del ambiente. Sin ventiladores, sin aire seco y sin nada a la vista; las placas se retiran y registran con la mano. Se alimenta idealmente con aerotermia.Lightweight metal panels with a water circuit clip magnetically beneath the raised technical floor. In winter, low-temperature warm water heats the surface and emits radiant heat; in summer, cool water runs through and that same surface absorbs ambient heat. No fans, no dry air and nothing on show; panels lift out and clip back by hand. Ideally fed by a heat pump.
